    Hi.

This is my first post so sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Im thinking of doing a RFM69/arduino mini pro remote to have some WAF to my sonoff switches.
The RF remote will have 4 buttons that in the end will turn on some sonoff switches in my apartment.

My question is, when the arduino and RFM69 is in deep sleep state, how long will it take for the "remote" to power up and send the button pressed message to the gateway? To have some sort of WAF my thinking is that this need to be lower then 1 sec. Is this possible?

And if you have any suggestions please feel free to say them!

    Best Regards

@brew8it the wake up time for atmega328 is about 70 milliseconds. Time to send a message is normally a few milliseconds. So total time should be below 0.1 seconds.

@brew8it Have you looked at the 433 Hub? It might be useful to connect with the RF remote.

RFLink to your controller plus 4 button RF senders from ebay.
