Leds always on with Ethernet gateway

Hello,

Using the Ethernet gateway in the dev branch, LED (on pin 7, 8 and 9) are always on. No detail on the serial monitor. I check the MY_WITH_LEDS_BLINKING_INVERSE variable and it's not active.

Any idea ?
