implement RFM_ATC in MySensors

Is it possible to implement RFM_ATC (http://lowpowerlab.com/blog/2015/11/11/rfm69_atc-automatic-transmission-control/) in MySensors ?

Would be great if you had time to play around with sendWithRetry() and the updated lib to see it works.

Seems it's too complex for me ... Perhaps someone else. It could be fine for battery powered nodes.
