unplug vera or gateway serial and failure gateway . . .

I bought a vera edge controller recently and I weak in settings but I do setting (my gateway,plugin ...) similar to (http://www.mysensors.org/controller/vera)
I get the good result and my relay and gateway work correctly.
but I have a great problem , when I do unplug vera power supply or unplug gateway cable (usb) and plug again gateway in app is failure and devices dont work , so I have to try again for upload luup file , create device and Serial port configuration again anytime .
please help me .
I have vera edge , serial gateway with arduino nano .
