It has been 9 months since the first shipment of sensebenders started appearing in post boxes around the world. Has anyone managed to kill a battery with this thing? I have three (with added PIR & LDR) which have been running since June off single CR123 batteries and all three are still reporting 90%+ battery level. Just wondering how others have performed...

Ye, mine is still alive, sending temp/hum without hickups since june. Would be nice to get a year on 2xAA. Mine report 66% battery level.
At the next battery switch I'll probably lower the send frequency even further. Sending every minute is a bit overkill.

Mine has been running since june as well, on 2xAA. They are reporting 73% left.. I'm measuring every minute, but only transmitting if temperature has changed more than 0.5 degrees.. (More or less the standard sketch as in development branch)

I used panasonic PIRs, they are hard to find and price ranges widely. I submitted the build last summer.
