Ceech-Board Buyers

A few weeks ago, i order a ceech-board (https://www.mysensors.org/hardware/ceech) and pay via PayPal. I receive nothing! Mr. Miklavcic tells me: "It s funny how you just opened a case on the same day as your package came back."
But nothing happen in the last time, i receive no ceech-board, no money back.
Thats not the way to make good business.

@doesel33 I would suggest not to post your indignation here. Shopping experiences need to be placed in the right perspective. My experiences with @ceech service are very positive.

yes, for me he also repaired a board that went dead, premium service !

@doesel33 Your board came back. No one claimed the package at your post office and after two weeks it came back. Take a look, I still have the envelope:

So, what do you want to do with it?
Maybe there is an error in your PaPay entered address or something similar. Would you check that? I'll be happy to send you a package again.

I've ordered 3 at different times, and always received them directly through my letterbox from Slovenia within a week - I'm in the UK. I'm also very impressed with the quality and functionality of the boards.

What the point of such a complaint in the hardware section about one of the best sellers providing an excellent support I personally have come across???

I vote for keeping it, it only shows how service minded @ceech is and also give some insights to the type of issues hardware sellers have to face.

I bought twice @ceech and delivery was prompt. Also all questions I had were promptly answered. So I would buy from ceech again without hesitating.

I purchased from him before and recieved my boards. He also helped me get them set up.
