Thanks for the reply. This is a brand new Sensebender GW hooked up the a Win10 machine with USB. Any time I insert a USB device there is a normal beep indicating connection. With the new GW inserted there is no beep and when I check the device manager it doesn't show a serial or any other type of device.

I've checked continuity of the USB to the SAMD chip and confirmed a good connection. Anything else I should try?

The board has a QC Passed sticker and I haven't installed a radio or anything else yet. I was just wanting to use this as a serial gateway.

I'm new to this so I purchased an official Sense Bender GW and several nodes. Imagine my disapointment when I plugged my GW in and got no response on the computer. No normal beep for a USB device being inserted and no serial device to select in the device manager? The orange light on the GW board does light up but that's it.

Is it likely my board is DOA? or am I doing something wrong??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was following the driver installation, copied the driver, opened the device manger and plugged in the GW and there was no response to the device in the device manager. I tried a couple different USB cables as well as restarting my Win10 laptop. No matter what I do, I can't get the computer to respond to my brand new GW. Any hints??
