@mk55 I have not seen any. https://www.adafruit.com/products/3077 has the radio module soldered on the same board as the mcu, but no sma.

This is not to say that cables longer than this won't work. I personally have done very little with STP, but I'm sure I have pulled some UTP farther than 100m.
