Measure snow
-
I am trying to find a way to detect or measure snow.
I have a rain gauge but of course it will not work with snow, snow will fill the bucket.
I have two ideas
- Heat the rain gauge when temperature is below +1 C by set a digital output as HIGH, but I think that is to low mA(50?), to a resistor to heat.
- Use a soil hygrometer?
