Home Assistant also supports the MQTT client gateway.

Hi, setup an MQTT gateway on raspberry pi, I can see homeassistant receiving the publish messages but no sensors are visible.

Please post your home assistant config for mysensors and a debug log from home assistant with mysensors and mqtt concerned lines included.
