NRF24L01 and rfm69 in one gateway

Hey There,

Now I got multiple sensors using a NRF24L01. I'm of to a new journey, the rfm69.

Is there a way to combine bothe radios in one gateway?
I use an esp8266(node-UMC) with NRF24L01. Haven't got a spare esp lying around..

@Omemanti sorry, only one transport type per gateway is supported.

Maybe you have a spare Arduino to create a serial gateway?

In either case I would recommend ordering a few esp. I use the wemos d1 mini version. Cheap and easy to use

Finally I've solved. I'm still using UIPEthernet sincee my problem was the use of DHT library (last rev) with UIPEhernet lib. I was having a restart of teh ETH port each time I was reading Temp/hum. I've changed into SimpleDHT lib and now it's working fine. I'm using a mix of W5100 and ENC28J60.

I had the same issue today with a RFM69HW connected to a Wemos D1 Mini. The above solution worked, thank you so much. I had no idea what was going on. I also have a RFM69W connected to a generic ESP12-E and with the same code I didn't need to reset. Seems to be hardware related.

@Daniel-RUIZ9 I may have found a solution to my problem, I have to test a few days to be sure. Hard my domoticz installation I have two raspberry one in server the second in client. The raspberry server is connected to the USB gateway and on the second I have configured the ethernet gateway. I keep you informed if I still have crashes.

@Westie That feature can also be used with the Arduino Nano, or any other ATmega328P-based board. I had NRF24 + RFM69 running for a couple of days using a Nano as an Ethernet MQTT gateway and it worked fine as far as I remember.
