Could you help to detail the hardware specification such as: LED Strip, Power Supply Switch and what is the device which shown on top of 2 PIR sensor?thanks,

Leds 12v 2.5A max per strip
Power supply: 12v and multiply the number of strips buy the max current they use to get the minimum output current for the power supply
The top right component is a photo resistor used to measure how much light is in the room, so you don't turn on the stairs lights during the day

Have you tried searching for "light resistor"? Or perhaps "Light resistor arduino" ?
