I haven't been paying attention thus far, but maybe there's something worth considering?

I've been looking all day on Amazon and other Chinese sites but I haven't seen any good deals, since a discount on the cheap stuff is not really noticeable

Well, there do seem to be good deals on the various Alexa and Google Home. If you're going to buy, today is the day.

I already have an Alexa. Not sure whether getting an Alexa Plus makes any real difference? I can believe that that the Alexa See might be useful for seeing who is ringing the doorbell.

No experience at all with the Google Home. Is it better/worse or just different from the Alexa? Any opinions? Haven't had time to research it. Just the bottom line (thumbs up or down) is all I need to know for now.

@NeverDie I already have too many things on the to-do list and not enough time, I can wait next Black Friday for those Alexa and similar stuff 😌

I would have been interested in a 50$ smartthings hub, but I didn't find it in EU stores

Thanks for posting the link. I had no idea that pycom had such a wide range of product offerings! Not cheap, but definitely interesting.

If you need a labeler, $9.99 is a good price for this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013DG2FNW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Costco has the lowest price ($54.99) I've seen yet on a budget weather station:

I have the same problem than @Yveaux it seems Costco is blocking access to it's whole site based on IP addresses.

Well, if you just want to look at the model, here it is: http://www.lacrossetechnology.com/c84428-wifi-connected-professional-weather-station

I picked one up yesterday at Costco's bricks-and-mortar store. Not sure whether it will be easy to hack or not.
