I was just fooling around compiling the Ethernet Gateway and ran into an error "AVR/Progmem.h not found". Is this crucial? It apparently wasn't in the Library distribtution, where can I find it?

Sorry for the cross post as I'm asking the same question in this post here

Can this also be commented out for the serial version of the gateway?
