HLK-PM01 breakout board

I am interested in HLK-PM01 breakout board by sundberg84. I have looked on the OpenHardware site and can't find it. Is this still available and how much does it cost. If the price is reasonable, where can I order it? I found it at URL https://www.openhardware.io/view/504/HLK-PM01-breakout-board.
It says "Order 10pcs PCB: Openhardware.io (Recommended!) and support me and MySensors!"

I turned off the affiliate setup on openhardware when CodeGarage took over the cost of hosting MySensors/OpenHardware.io along with turning off all google ads.
The "Buy" functionality on openhardware.io involved alot of manual handling and support. It was not worth the effort.
You can still make a donation to @sundberg84 when using his designs. I'm sure he appriciate it.
