    • simple but effective controller???

      Hello,
The choice of controllers is great, but is that there is one that is really suited to MySensors?
When using MySensors is by what is sought an independent, not linked formally or informally in a commercial activity that may disappear, and we want to be able to adapt his system to his needs.
Does there exists no typical controller "MySensors" to do what we want?
The proposed controllers want to be compatible with all products. Rather than trying to do everything and do evil, there is a well which makes perfectly simple tasks?
If you do not live in an apartment or a small house, and if you want to make a suitable system must be able to simply manage existing automation, not an inter lighting or flap, it's impossible. So we need to manage multiple (many!) Digital input, digital outputs, temperatures etc ... but not with a commercial product that can not be adapted.
A simple controller which perfectly do simple tasks instead of trying to do everything and do it wrong, that we can really adapt to his needs ???

If someone has an idea, thank you! 🙂

(Machine translation hardly corrected, sorry if it's a little gibberish :))

    • RE: What controller choose ???

Pidom is very attractive, but still in alpha / beta ... And the forum is not very active ....
So there is not a single free controller that manages MySensors completely natively?

    • RE: What controller choose ???

No, not yet, but do Pidom can do simple things before more complicated ???? 🙂
      I'm going to try ....
Which is a shame, in my opinion, is that MySensors is a great idea for people who do not have "standard" needs and do not want to end up with an obsolete trade system overnight, but the creators of controlers can not yet adapt to an open solution ...
      Again thank you.

    • RE: What controller choose ???

      Thank you for your reply.
I'll take a simple example: the MuliRelays sketch found on the net.
Another example Domoticz (I give up :))
The payloads are good, others sketch give the same result: one manages a good entry + a relay, not from both.
The concern is in Domoticz ....
Is there a controller that manages MySensors priority, and that is not commercial, and at risk of disappearing?
I want to basically manage simple inputs (0 or 1), locally or via the controller, such as remote controls, and state returns. Nothing more simple, then will the temperature sensors etc ....
      In advance thank you.

    • What controller choose ???

Hello. I love the MySensors principle to achieve a freely configurable system.
But what to choose controller for simple functions?
I tried Domoticz, Majordomo, Domotiga and some "advanced" functions work fine, but if you want to just use, in addition to temperature sensors, humidity or other, simple relay controls, several per node, with local control or not, impossible.
Is there a SIMPLE controller, which is not necessarily compatible with everything and anything, but completely simply with MySensors?
I do not want a commercial product, which the manufacturer will disappear in the coming months .... So no Vera or similar, not stinginess, but search for stability.
If someone has an idea, THANKS😘 :bowtie:
      cordially

    • RE: Wireless nRF24L01+ sniffer for MySensors

      Hello,
Great job !!! I am French so excuse my broken English. Does someone could guide me? At launch Wireshark, I have a message systematically "tvb_lenght The procedure entry point is not found in the dynamic link library 😄 \ Program Files (x86) \ Wireshark \ plugins \ 1.12.4 \ mysensors1.dll" then same for mysensors2, nrf24.dll, radiohead.dll. I'm sure I added DLL in Wireshark, and tried the 64b version and the 32b, under Windows 8.1. If someone has an idea, THANK YOU 🙂

    • Arduino with multiple inputs

      Hello,
I try to use the Arduino with several sensors, one arduino grouping multi-local informations.
Is there an example of this type of use?
Of course, it is necessary that the sensors are distinguished for their treatment with Domoticz ...

If someone has an idea, THANKS

      Best Regards,

      Alain

    • RE: spying a repeater

      Hello,
      Thank you for the answers.
I wanted to display local information of the serial monitor, when the repeater is far from a PC, but eventually I will directly and separately adress sensors repeaters, two by two.
This is less optimized but i can not display this info locally.
      THANK YOU

    • spying a repeater

      Hello,
I am new with MySensors and Domoticz.
My problem is having to cover a fairly large area, with repeaters.
My question is: is it possible to send to the serial monitor the contents of that node, to find out what repeator is required for each sensor?
In other words, how to send to the serial monitor the content of messages transmitted by the repeater?

If someone has an idea, THANK YOU in advance 😃
