Meet in Malmö, Summer 2016?

Hi I was thinking if we should meet in Malmö (Sweden) for a 1 day afternoon BBQ and nerdy discussion about MySensor stuff?
I can invite for using our garden and the grill

I could probably host a small bring-your-own-food BBQ in our garden as well. I live in Bjärred just outside Malmö. Perhaps with a small HA house demo and do some 3D printing in the green

I occasionally are in Thisted (Northwestern part of DK), and fly from CPH to Aalborg. Norwegian has fairly prices...

3D printing and HA demo - Well that beats my setup so we will arrive to Bjärred.
I have a car, adn can pick-up a few in Hyllie trainstation (First trainstation in Sweden if you are travelling in train from DK/Kastrup airport)

so if tbowmo shall get a cheap flight, then we shall set a date soonish

I'm already looking at different routes.. Both train, and car, and also via Gothenburg, and Varberg to Malmö :). Seems that the cheapest one could be to go to Gothenburg (If I'm not going on the night ferry to Varberg).

I'm totally interested. And I live by triangeln in malmö but depending on when in the summer this takes place, I might live in Denmark. So if timing is really bad, I might have to skip it (if I'm in the middle of the move that is).

Well then provide a date range before you have moved and packed your house into moving boxes
If you provide some dates (I somehow suggests a Saturday or Sunday might be good)
Then I will create a doodle and find the exact date.

Maybe we should also create a workshop for a common project we want to work on? any ideas?

I don't have a date. Just throw out some suggestions and we'll see how it pans out. I have to figure out a place to live, a job and quite a few other things like e have to manage when moving to a new country so I can't commit to much during this time.

Thanks for the offer I'm probably going by car, have been weighing all the possibilities (Air, Water and roads), Saturday there is no (cheap) flights from Aalborg to CPH, and I can't go Friday... So Air is ruled out.. Train could also be an option though.. but I like the personal freedom of my car..

It also seems that I might have the opportunity to borrow a mattress "over there", so I can stay till Sunday.. But lets see, when we come closer to the date..

But on a serious note. I have one soldering iron. One scope. One 3D printer. One lab power supply. If we need more stuff like that during the day/evening, it would get good to bring some.

I'm open for side-projects. I.e MySensors launch system for a quadcopter. Setup an OTA distribuated automatic build/test system for MySensors (when Jenkins calls for it). Or whatever.

I have somehow "bricked" some of my Arduino Pro Mini, I have set fuse to use external oscillator, instead of crystal or internal, so I can't via tinyUSB get them alive again, and need a 12V programmer - someone have this and can bring this along to Malmø meet

About your programmer issue.. Do you have a oscilloscope at hand? They normally have a 1Khz 5v output that could be used to drive the clock input on your atmega (have done this a couple of times to resurrect a "dead" atmega8)

Not sure if it helps, but 976.5625Hz is possible to get from PWM on a 16MHz atmega328. Maybe that's close enough to 1kHz?

There is no restriction on the clock input (I think it could be as high as 16Mhz) it was just an example of how to get a clock signal for reprogramming the device (and one that I know is working )
