      @Mishka Ah yes, that is true. In this case though I went out of my way to keep the PCB dimensions as small as possible so that someone could have it made at OSH-PARK for super cheap--just $0.30 per board. If I ever figure out how to post a complete set of KiCAD files, then I guess maybe then everyone can modify it to suit their circumstances. Until then, it will be hard to have one's cake and eat it too.

      @ceech I really like this design, however I think it has a problem: According to the datasheet the TPS610986DSET has no feature to disconnect the load at low battery voltages. I think the result will be that e.g. a ESP32 or other power hungry chips will not power up properly. The TPS63031 might therefore be a better fit. btw.: Do you still sell assembled versions of this design? Would you be willing to create a new version with the TPS63031 and probably also with 10 or 20F capacitors or an board to solder your own capacitors. Best regards Tobias

      If you wish, you may substitute S-1313 ( http://datasheet.sii-ic.com/en/voltage_regulator/S1313_E.pdf) for the MAX8887EZK27 LDO
