Hello I bought on aliexpress, 20 pcs of ATmega328p-au
5 pcs with marking ATMgea328P U-TH and 5 with marking U-PH
I solder all ten to node project with sleeping mode, use Minicore and this settings to burn bootloader
Internal 8MHz, Bod: Disabled.
Nodes with U-PH Atmega charge just 7uA and this repetitive current for this project. But every node with U-TH charge 250-750uA quick changes. Node working ok. Has anyone had a similar problem with ATmegas? Regards

I want to share an interesting case about updating the firmware over FOTA.. I have several nodes on a RS485 bus with memory chips. Recently I decided to update the firmware on several at once and ran into an unexpected problem - repeated attempts to update constantly ended up with a checksum error !OTA:FWP:CRC FAIL. At the same time, I usually test all new nodes for FOTA firmware updates before installing. I tried to understand what the problem might be and came to an unexpected result - in my case, disabling the directive OTA_EXTRA_FLASH_DEBUG, which I had been using for a long time, when I first tested updates, helped. After disabling this directive, all firmwares were updated the first time. Very strange, but nevertheless ...

@pansen What i meant is that the MySensors API only specifies the (hw) INT0/INT1 RISING/ FALLING/ CHANGE. All of these work as expected.

I have both the uCurrent gold as suggested by @evb and also the "current ranger" https://lowpowerlab.com/shop/product/152 which is my first choice. It has a small display which makes it easier to use. But both are great products based on the same ideas from Evblog. Then to measure transient current you can hook up an oscilloscope to the output of any of the two.

There is something called a watchdog which can either be in the software or you can have a external component that is connected to the arduino reset pin. The arduino needs to ping the timer and if the arduino hangs and stops pinging the timer it will send a signal and reset the arduino. I did try to introduce Watchdog in my script. But... Arduino is not re-booted, if I use a function with wait inside. Is it normal?
