File "avr/progmem.h" missing

I was just fooling around compiling the Ethernet Gateway and ran into an error "AVR/Progmem.h not found". Is this crucial? It apparently wasn't in the Library distribtution, where can I find it?

You can remove it safely from ethernet gateway.
