Could you help to detail the hardware specification such as: LED Strip, Power Supply Switch and what is the device which shown on top of 2 PIR sensor?

Leds 12v 2.5A max per strip
Power supply: 12v and multiply the number of strips buy the max current they use to get the minimum output current for the power supply
The top right component is a photo resistor used to measure how much light is in the room, so you don't turn on the stairs lights during the day -
Have you tried searching for "light resistor"? Or perhaps "Light resistor arduino" ? ;)
