I might come in later, depends on my transportation method, and if I'm going the whole weekend.
BTW is there any cheap motels etc in the area?

Thomas, du er velkommen til at køre med mig, jeg kan tage dig med fra Hyllie station (I live in Bunkeflostrand/Malmø vicinity), it's first train station after Kastrup airport.
You are welcome to put up a tent in our garden and use our facilities
-
-
Thanks for the offer I'm probably going by car, have been weighing all the possibilities (Air, Water and roads), Saturday there is no (cheap) flights from Aalborg to CPH, and I can't go Friday... So Air is ruled out.. Train could also be an option though.. but I like the personal freedom of my car..
It also seems that I might have the opportunity to borrow a mattress "over there", so I can stay till Sunday.. But lets see, when we come closer to the date..
-
I'll arrange the food for the meeting (need to kickstart the bbq pretty early in the morning). Please let me know if you have any allergies or anything.
-
@hek Great! Any specific agenda to prepare for? Other than start drinking beer at 10:00 and keeping on 24h?
-
Guess we got a 2.0 version to release!!
But on a serious note. I have one soldering iron. One scope. One 3D printer. One lab power supply. If we need more stuff like that during the day/evening, it would get good to bring some.
I'm open for side-projects. I.e MySensors launch system for a quadcopter. Setup an OTA distribuated automatic build/test system for MySensors (when Jenkins calls for it). Or whatever.
-
So basically fill the car with electronics and MySensors stuff?
-
Sorry guys, i need to withdraw. Me and wife have booked a small trip that weekend so I cant come this time.
-
So the wife has booked a trip, without asking you, if you had any plans in that weekend?
-
@sundberg84 So tell her you have rebooked and the destination will be a surprise.
-
Hi Guys, Is it too late to sign up for this?

I'm really looking forward to this meet, and to the road trip down to Malmö with @m26872
-
I'm looking forward to meet you all
-
And I see that @Anticimex has signed up as well
Going to be fun (don't know when I'll arrive though, as I have a long drive ahead of me)
-
I live in Brazil. Are there any brazilians in this forum? I received a batch of Pro Minis and I'm waiting for the radios to start playing! Cheers!
-
I have no clue how I will get "in" or "out" yet. All I know is that I have the wife's blessing. The rest, I figure out as I go
-
@Anticimex If you're in Odense I can pick you up on the way over there.
-
@tbowmo Cool! I don't know yet. For sure somewhere between Odense and Bjärred though. But let's keep in touch
-
Damn it... I need to reschedule this wife-trip "but the other guys got their wifes blessings" haha
-
@tbowmo
Do you drive a car that also could fit me in? I live in Bunkeflostrand (First highway exit as you arrive to Sweden from Øresundsbroen) - as a teaser I will donate a (flak) beers (Ceres Royal English Ale) as a party-starter
-
@bjacobse
It's a Toyota Aygo, but I might find room for you as well (depending on how much gear I will bring though :))Hmm.. I think I have to start looking for somewhere to stay over there, if we are going for beers all day...
-
Safe travels you guys!!
-
Hi all,

I bring beers
-
Oh, just a week left!
The plan is to have a light lunch ~13. Let me know if you'll arrive later to help me dimension food supply.
And then BBQ dinner ~18:30.
I hope we get decent weather. If it's über hot I'll open the pool, so bring clothes accordingly.

Thomas regarding the lift - when will you bere here? approx so I can inform HEK the arrival time?
-
I have somehow "bricked" some of my Arduino Pro Mini, I have set fuse to use external oscillator, instead of crystal or internal, so I can't via tinyUSB get them alive again, and need a 12V programmer - someone have this and can bring this along to Malmø meet
-
I plan to be there at 11ish (give or take a little).
About your programmer issue.. Do you have a oscilloscope at hand? They normally have a 1Khz 5v output that could be used to drive the clock input on your atmega (have done this a couple of times to resurrect a "dead" atmega8)
-
Not sure if it helps, but 976.5625Hz is possible to get from PWM on a 16MHz atmega328. Maybe that's close enough to 1kHz?
-
There is no restriction on the clock input (I think it could be as high as 16Mhz) it was just an example of how to get a clock signal for reprogramming the device (and one that I know is working )
-
@tboha @mfalkvidd
Thank you guys for this OFF-topic question in this thread... Now my Arduino Pro Mini's are back alive again
I used this code http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=213053.msg1564631#msg1564631 uploaded into Arduino Duomilanove, used pin9 to touch the ATmega328P in Crystal clkpin1 - and successOn-topic you get first 2 beers on Saturday
-
Meat...
- IKEA variera hack to fit them all in the smoker...
-
@hek where do we point our GPSes to find your house? Kamrersvägen 59D ?
-
Looks good Hek, do we need anything for lunch? I can pick up some spicy sausages from Carnex on my way
-
-
Thanks but, not needed, lunch and dinner (for everyone) is already planned and purchased.
-
Membranes removed and home brewed magic dust rub applied.
Now we just have to let it sit over night.
-
It's raining right now in Bunkeflostrand - hope weather are better in Bjärred tomorrow
I'm driving with Tbowmo - I think we are arriving at 13ish. See ya' tomorrow guys
-
And of course we are curious about how every thing is going. Can't wait to see some pictures.
-
Ok, we've got some food:
MySenorors Meetup 2016 – 00:28
— MySensors

I cant belive i missed this topic. Count me in next time, a perfect time to drop the kids off at their grandparents house in falkenberg on the way down and take home some cheap bacon, beer and sigaretts on the way home (norway) Its a win, win, win situation.
A bit dissapointed that the bbq was not rigged with mysensors hehe
-
Looks great guys!...especially your ribs @hek - Wish id been able to make it!
Speaking of cooking....there must have been some crazy ideas cooked up on what to mysensorize next??
(i've already thought of and semi built a mysensor meat thermometer...so anything else? )
-
Thank you all for a great event - it was nice to meet face-2-face and see who you are. And thank you to Henrik, wife and kids to hos us all
-
It was really nice seeing all of you, and collaborating on the release was so much easier when sitting together. A big thank you to @hek (and family) to host us geeks
-
Great photos @hek
I really enjoyed the day and meeting you all. Big thanks to hek and family!
-
Looks like you had a good time
-
It seems like you all had a great time. Hopefully we can say the same after the 30th of July.
-
Thank you all! I had a great day in geek paradise! Compliments to hek with family for the warm welcoming, deliciuos food and showing of the house, bjacobse for the idea, mfalkvidd for the deep road trip discussions, the core team gurus for letting us witness the final 2.0.0 release preparations and Mrlynx, Briske and bjacobse for project discussions.
You all also know now what my next contribution to openhardware will be.
