Error facing on the Controller

Re: WS2811 RGB strip lights up in groups of three
i am facing error on the controller of Ws2811 Led strip. can you tell me why it is happening?.

we are using T1000s controller with ws2811 led strip (12v). error light is blinking continuously. and led mode is not changing. colour is not changing from red to any other.can you suggeest me any solution or mistake i am doing.?
