Help soil moisture sensor

Hi everyone, I am trying to make the soil moisture sensor of the site.
It appears in Domoticz but I have only negative value, I do tests with a glass of water, it changes vaguely but hey it changes even when the probe is disconnected, All my connections are good here is my hardware:
