I understand that the basic infrastructure is 'talking' via RF.
How do I go about it, if I want the actuators wired, instead of wireless?

I am owner-building a home, and was thinking what basic infrastructure I am going to put in, and figured, if I put in CAT5 for all the actuators, and run these to a central point, as well as power (say) for lighting from a central point, I could start out as simple as using normal light switches to drive relay, which drive the lights, and later change to whatever wired protocol (even C-Bus) I may choose.
