NRF24 actual power (amps)?

Hi.
Can any one tell me whats the actual amps needed to power the NRF24 (pcb antenna)?
In every where it's says give more power but can u say whats the amps needed?

@leeoz around 15ma when sending /receiving. The power supply needs to be stable not high amperage. So avoid noise etc.

Tnx. So what capasitor would u recommand? I see differant values everywhere...

@leeoz anything between 3uF and 50uF will do. A smaller ceramic capacitor of 10 to 100 nF in parallel makes it even better.
