why define RF24_PA_LEVEL_GW RF24_PA_LOW ?

My Setup is very poor regarding range
i rad many threads here about fake Chips, antennas, ...

But what i idn´t found - in the scetches (V1.5) it says

define RF24_PA_LEVEL_GW   RF24_PA_LOW`

Is there any special reason for that ?
Why is the Gateway sending with low Level ?

Because people didn't power their amplified radios enough, rendering much support questions. If you do your homework you can increase the pa-level.

For the vanilla radio the level doesn't matter from what I've seen.
