I can't get it to work (Nano V3.0, NRF24L01+Z)
-
Hey guys,
I just started on MySensors, and the first thing I did was following the guide. I'm using a Nano V3.0 compatible and I'm sure I got the wiring correct:
But when I upload the SerialGateway sketch, and monitor the COM port, I get this:
0;255;3;0;9;Starting gateway (RNNGA-, 2.0.0) 0;255;3;0;9;TSM:INIT 0;255;3;0;9;!TSM:RADIO:FAIL 0;255;3;0;9;!TSM:FAILURE 0;255;3;0;9;TSM:PDT
Any pointers? I tried different radios from two different sellers.

Have you followed this debuggig guide here?

@Maurice-Krijtenberg the wiring looks good (cant see the blue cable on the nrf but the rest look ok so the blue is probably ok as well.
However, it looks like the header pins have not been soldered to the Nano. If that's the case, there is probably not a good connection. Try soldering the pins that are used to create a reliable connection.

@mfalkvidd you were right!! I used a bit of force to get all pins connected and it worked I'll do some soldering tomorrow! Thanks again!
