[SOLVED] What open hardware license to use

So I want to start putting the parts of my wall switch design on openhardware.io, and I am wondering what open hardware license I should choose since there are many of them out there. Can any of the seasoned people from the forum give any insight on this?

@dbemowsk - maybe this can help:

@sundberg84 Thanks. I think I will go with the CERN license. @Anticimex gives a great overview of it in that link. I figure if I miss any things that are out of compliance, people will let me know and I am open to whatever is needed to comply.

@sundberg84 I like the video from Dave Jones that you posted at the end of that thread also. He brings up some good points, and I like the idea bout his identifiers on the cogs of the gear logo. I think I may add those to my logo that I put on the PCBs. As he says, if enough people do that, it might start to catch on.

Just curious if people can view this link. It should be public now as before I had it set to private.
