Reporting back: I have my BambuLab X1C printer setup and have printed with it for about a week. It's fantastic: it's fast, and the prints come out perfectly every time. Truly an appliance: it works with only minor setup straight out of the box. I'd say it's a quantum leap better than my Prusa MK3S, which I guess I should try to sell while it still has value.

To fix, first clean the nozzle to look like new from the outside. Next heat up the nozzle to temp and apply pressure to the filament with your fingers, usually this will push through a clog. If you cannot manually push filament through, consider replacing the nozzle or entire hotend.

@NeverDie Yeah, but when I priced out domestic places, they all wanted enough that the client just decided to go a different way. This was only going to be for a prototype, but even so, I got prices ranging from I think $10-50 per pin holder, and it was less than 2 grams of plastic each. I just checked again, and JLCPCB would do them for $1 each, and then $20 for quick shipping, and as low as $4 for the slow boat that takes a month. None of those options were very appealing at the time. Digikey wants $13.66 each for this when I pick qty 10, so still not worth it for this project. Shipping with them is free, but I have no idea how quick they would be. I also checked PCBWay, just for fun, and they quoted 1.24 at qty 10, for $12.45 total. Interestingly, the quote for 1 was $12.45 also. :) They wouldn't show an estimate for shipping without clicking the 'Submit' button and having a human engineer review the file for printability. Since I'm not actually going to do this now, I don't want to waste their time, so I don't have a total price from them for comparison. As far as OP, this is a very old thread from 3.5 years ago, so I doubt that they still need help.

@evb my bad. The nodebb admin interface has a "Save" button that I didn't see so the changes I made were thrown away. I've re-entered the settings ans this time I clicked Save :)

Very nice! I knew it would only be a matter of time until we saw MySensors custom injected molded components! I think if you made a box that could fit the Easy / Newbie board (~50x50cm) plus radio and 2AA batteries, you would probably sell a lot of them! I know I would buy some of those...

Looking forward to their reply! :-) Keeps surprising me how hard it is to find something that easy. Of course I could simply use any kind of vented enclosure, but these seem less suited for outdoor use... https://www.google.com/search?q=vented+sensor+enclosure&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjR8eSizKfoAhWEsaQKHfAvBK4Q_AUoAXoECAsQAw&biw=1920&bih=937

or, when you fee comfortable with tinkering, you can build your own, with bigger print area, "nanodlp" SLA printer with cheap 2k lcd from aliex***** (possible to improve air filter and isolation, a lot more easier with less parts than building a corexy etc) but I totally agree, when you don't need bigger print, buying a ready to use printer is simpler and the smaller lcd are just a little bit more precise :)

And after getting out of the fridge, side by side, only a reasonable difference in humidity level. ( and yes, the weather is unconfortable today  ) [image: 1570513710143-4fa26b41-7112-4297-b68b-1ee73b97b6a4-image-resized.png]

@dbemowsk Yes I use PLA, it is a PLA printer. I am getting better results on some things now. I still have a lot to learn about this, it is not as easy as I thought it would be, but I am making progress and that is good. Small upright prints are (like knobs) are fine, it is the sprawling prints with a thinner flat area that are the issue. Cleaning with IPA and using a rub of glue stick seems to help a lot, as has re-calibrating the extruder and re-leveling the bed. Does anyone know where to get the latest firmware for the finder plus? I can't see any download page on the FF web site.
