@vga the pulse count is stored in the controller, so it needs to be reset there.

@karl261 said: I am totally sick of these NRFs that all perform differently. 😉 Same here! So I radically solved my problems with connectivity by moving to rfm69 radios. It took some time and effort to make 'adaptor' pcbs to connect rfm's to my existing nodes, especially for 5v nodes, as rfm's are not 5v tolerant and require voltage level converter. I don't have comprehensive statistics for now (finished switching only a few days ago), but even first tests gave stable communication range far beyond that I ever saw with nrf's

@BartE @BartE said: @palande.vaibhav i think the answer is in the code // sleep() call can be replaced by wait() call if node need to process incoming messages (or if node is repeater) sleep(conversionTime); Replace sleep(); by wait(); During a sleep the GW does not receives the message acknowledge and thus claims the broadcast did fail. This worked. Thanks a lot for the help. I guess I need to read stuff properly. Thanks for the help.

I cleared the memory but not it seems with the MySensors Sketch so it didn't clear everything out. I ran the MySensors sketch today and everything works thanks.

So, after pulling my (now grey) hair, end after trying different sketches, both stable and beta version (2.0.1) of mysensors, different boot loaders, different fuses and so on, I discovered that if I connect the radio via cables and not directly to the board everything works as expected. Tried different radios and different boards with the same result. There are 2 caps near the radio, 10uF and 100nF. I´m not that skilled in electronics, so how come? Anybody knows? Is the radio to close to the mcu? Attached is a picture showing my boards. [image: 1474884472191-img_4773.jpg.jpeg]

Just FYI for someone googling this, it works immediately with Mysensors 2.0 with Raspi2 instead of Raspi1. The problem was I never realized the pinouts were not for the raspi with 26 pins but the raspis with 40 pins, like b+/2/3.

@mfalkvidd I have extracted the zip from GitHub, renamed the folder to MySensors and pasted it into Documents\Arduino\libraries folder. I don't have MySensors stuff in Program Files(86)\Arduino\libraries folder. And it works. Arduino library manager now shows MySensors library version 2.0.0 as installed.

Thanks for you answer @scalz but changing from 2 to 3 will not help me because the Wiegand library uses both 2 and 3 interrupt pins and I don't think it can be changed either. Seems like my only remaining solution for this node is to use a gateway without radio attached or an MCU with more then 2 interrupt pins available.
