Distance Sensor (HC-SR04) with Arduino Nano Radio

I would like to build an Distance Sensor using HC-SR04 with Arduido Nano with radio module and batterry to send the data to an another Arduido Nano with radio and connect to USB to RPI (interface Domoticz)

Could you help me by choice the hardward devices?

It explained on the main site under "Build" section. You need the parts for a serial gateway and motion sensor. If anything is unclear come back here and ask more questions.
