How to setup mqtt gateway not from predified constants?

I'm using esp sketch with web-configured mqtt options. How I can feed it to MS gateway?

@gohan Yeah, just rewrote lib a lot of ) For now subscribe working but not publishing. This would be configurable (just like sonoff for example) gateway with wifi-portal (ap) and configurable wifi/mqtt options from web interface
