How do I identify chips by their markings?
-
I thought there would be a website where I just type in the letters/digits on a chip and it would tell me what it is. Couldn't find one. I tried googling. Nope. Is there a place to go to find out? I have what I think may be some PFET or NFET smd chips, but I want to find out for sure what they are and then their datasheets.
Surely it can't be this hard? Where do I go to find out?

try this site: http://www.s-manuals.com/smd

Thanks. Unfortunately, none of those resources had the part identifiers for the parts that I have. So, lesson learned: I'll create my own ID catalog every time I buy a receive a new part. That way, if need be, I can identify it later.
