NRF24: using both a capacitor AND a regulator?

I was wondering: I used to use a capacitor on my NRF24 chips. Then I bought some regulators from Aliexpress, which the NRF plugs into.

Now, should I desolder all the capacitors? Or can they stay on?

Usually the cheap regulators only have the regulator on board, so the cap is still a good practice to have it
