      @user2684 There's a lot of info regarding flashing ESP devices on this site: https://github.com/arendst/Tasmota/wiki/Flashing and https://github.com/arendst/Tasmota/wiki/supported-devices You could also consider running Tasmota on your Sonoff devices, as it contains much more functionality compared to MySensors MQTT gateway.

      @user2684 I forgot to tell you to buy one with a cable. They use a connector with 1.25mm spacing and it is not possible to connect anything else. You can make the cable breadboard friendly by soldering the ends to a 2.54mm header.

      @jhussain the board is the one pointed out by @mfalkvidd and as for the wiring it is very simple: the door sensor has one wire connected to pin 3 (since interrupt based) and the other to ground, the flood sensor has one connected to pin 6 (can be any) and the other to ground.

      @ArduiSens do you have the full logs to share for the setSleepSeconds / setPowerPins issue? because from what you have posted, that 3;255;3;0;22;7368 should be a heartbeat response not the value of the temperature. Thanks!

      @Carywin interesting thanks. If I have understood correctly it basically wraps around the sleep function like if I have to sleep 10 minutes I can e.g. sleep at chunks of 1 minute each so to have a better estimation of the remainder time. I'd try to implement this concept as well in NodeManager so to provide multiple alternatives (together with RTC, time from the controller, etc.) in global a "time-aware" enhancement. Thanks again!

      @scalz thanks, well, nothing is irrelevant, when not working there must be at least one of your points above which I'm not considering enough Now it is still working well, checking in every minute without a single duplicated message in the controller even if far away from the gw and the remote relay triggering when requested. I should probably do a better job in replicating the issue to at least limit the possible causes...I'll report back in the future with better data I hope Thanks!

      @user2684 Yes, if i remember I also encountered same kind of behaviour (packet collisions, not sync ..) Unfortunately, you'll have to wait a bit for the new rfm69 driver before it's in master branch, because it changes the packet format. The PR is now handled by Super @tekka , big thx again and my fork is deprecated for the moment. Actually i'm finishing some hardware before going back to software so i can take a look and test some part of your nice lib with my low power nodes

      It's an older model with no chance of getting direct readings or reading it's circuits non-invasively. The easiest I could figure is making a very small hole in the PU shielding close to the top and pushing that thermistor or DS18 to contact the metal surface and get a ball park reading. Maybe with some thermal paste to improve contact. I'd say I'm happy with anything within a few degrees of the truth. AND I have thermistors lying around. Anyway, going to try it. If it's bad, I'll report the results and proceed to order something like that DS18.

      @justfra realizing only now the issue you reported was not ESP32 related but due to a compatibility issues between MySensors v2.3.2 and NodeManager just fixed in the development version with https://github.com/mysensors/NodeManager/pull/508. Either try the latest development version of NodeManager or use MySensors v2.3.1.       The controller can assign a sensor the node id and since every message the sensor sends back to the controller is logged, you can get the id from the logs and then configure you sensor in myHouse. Not ideal I know but would allow a pretty fast start and this is a one time only task.
