I found the problem ... due to a defective sensor (light meter) the arduino could not initialize correctly. I think that is why it was calling back setup()

sudo apt-get install g++ then I could do "make"

The ESP gateway will send any incoming (radio messages) or locally sent messages on to the socket you have opened from the controller. The ESP gateway doesn't differ from the Ethernet variant in any way (from the controllers point of view).

@patrick-schaerer can I use same code file for measuring current only using sct-013-030 and at other end I'll use other sensor to read ac voltage and with the help of that I'll calculate power. I'm new on this. Just start learning and I'm using esp32 instead of Arduino. Please share your suggestion on this. It will really help me to learn .

I first tried with 1.6.6 but it did not work so now i use 1.6.5.
