Sorry can't be of much help.
I used them for my garage door as limit switches, they tend to break easily and on hot days get false trigger.
Now using micro switches same thing happens.
Will try yo insulate the switches next.

@pierrot10 said in How to measure freezing on buds:
How would you put a temperature sensor into a buds and be certain that the sensor will only monitor the bud temperature and not the ambiant temperature?
Quickest way is to cut a bud/s and wrap in cotton wool or gauze with a temp. sensor and wrap tight with cling wrap (measure bud temp.)
Stick it in a plastic container with a temp. sensor (measure outside temp.) and put the whole the container in a freezer with a temp. sensor
Don't have to wait for winter.
Question is, why would you want to "watch and measure the buds" freeze?
It would be too late to save your crops.

Google "how to measure bud freezing point" lots of info.
@denis-renaud may have solved your problem.

Not sure whether this is related. I don't use Domoticz
Glass reed switch and Fibaro Door/window Sensor (before I stumble on to Mysensors) if you have an electromagnetic door bell.
Battery a bit expensive last more then a year with DS18B20 temperature sensor connected.
Just bought these online, thought i'll post this for info.
Didn't know these 3 legged glass reed switches exists.

After spending days trying to sort the problem, finally bit the bullet and upgraded MySensors Library, Arduino ide and Vera 3 UI5 to UI7.
Thank God I finally did it.
Had to set Serial Port Configuration baud to 115200 and redo MySensors inclusions.
My Serial Gateway and MySensors Plugin are working fine now.
Touch wood.
Read somewhere to install "Mysensors Plugin" over existing one.
How does one do it?
I tried and it created new one and it says "not implemented" or something liked that.
I too have "No Inclusions" on my Vera UI5.
I have updated my serial getway to the lastest and re-install the old one back again.
Deleted "Mysensors Plugin - version 1.5" on Vera dashboard and re-install back up.
Replace Arduino boards Pro Mini/Nano and radios with existing working ones.
Update Arduino IDE to the latest 1.8.5
And have been reading this numerous times:
https://www.mysensors.org/controller/vera
"Restart the Vera LUUP Engine (Settings->Z-Wave Settings->Advanced->Reload Engine)"
I don't have "Re-load Engine" on my Dashboard.
The only thing is I have not upgrade Vera to UI7.
Is UI7 stable now?
Any help would be much appreciated.

At what voltage are you running your sensebender micro ?
Using 2x AA batteries (3V)
Current multimeter reading is 2.75V, reading on Vera is 57%.
Looks like reading on Vera is out.
I've stuck on a sticker with today's date to see how long sensebender will go on, probably a few years.
Similar setup using 4AA enclosure but using sensebender micro, batteries being running for more than 6 months and only 50% used.

Newbie here.
I have used battery casing for sensebender & DC DC step up converter (2.5v to 5v).
Have to do a bit of filing & swapping of battery contacts and drill hole for sensebender.
