@tombstone ok so I have just went and download and setup up openhab2 and also download the binding lol its not hard at all...

I go into paper UI and in things I add my gateway

my gatway is offline have I missed someing I am up 2 this setup...

I know I may be asking stupid question but have Google openHAB2 binding and I get that veraion 1 can be used version 2.

But what I like to know what is it and do you need it for your mysensors to work.

I had thought that it is like an addon for my senses to work. Like v-var1 an so on to work

I just new and working out all the things to know.

If there an link how to get mysensors to work on openhub can some one give me the link

Yes it's has limited functionality. Looks like openhub, Home Assistant, MyController.org and my nodes works find.

It be good to know if it's been fixed on Domoticz.
Will have to find out but if not I have to change to one of the above.
Which one do you recommend

Hi I getting the same error msg (Error sending switch command](check device/hardware !)). I got my 1st serial Gateway started last night and just built a irrigation controller made from bulldog. Irrigation control

I have promini for the serial Gateway and a pro mini for the irrigation controller.

I get 2 nodis on domoticz one as my sprinkler and the other as unknown.

I get 5 children as lights
One mysensor 2.2. on the my sprinkler

One unknowing
On the unknowing

The error comes up when turning on or off.

Sorry if this is a easy fix but I'm just learning.

Thanks guys now I understand, felling stupid but it was like a mind blank as was thinking it worked another way.

Can some one point me to the a link (error sending switch command check device/hardware) this comes up when turning on lights on the irrigation controller.

@Grubstake still may have a pont if there's been overs. Not saying we right or your right. But learning is a difficult thing. So is teaching. That's good that we have lots of open source site and when we get stuck members step ins and give a hand.

I was think of writing a post or making a video (like Pete) for the beginner's. Just an add-on of his work. Not saying his video are not good just saying I like to make more.... Aftrr I know how everything works. Not off on a good start but I get there.

I feel so stupid thought the first video that Pete made serial gateway was just the wiring your your radio up for the irrigation. 😥

The "brain" is my pro min
"The radio" is nRF24
the brain (promiin) get and sends info to the (Radio)
the controller (my PC that is running Domoticz)" gets and send info to the radio.
That's how I get it after reading :-(

I have it runing both ways but with serial gateway there no errors but when going to setup there is no NODES.
