Which solder paste works best in a "reflow" (toaster) oven?

I think I may be close to building a toaster "reflow" oven, because hand soldering some of these tiny chips is proving to be a major hassle.
Any favorites for solder paste for that application?

I use Chipquick noclean SnPb Type 3 and 4.
