I have some idea to turn off speakers connected to power when tv turn off.
I was thinking about ping tv/reciever and when off than simple relay switch.. but... tv has no LAN and recieever do not support ping reply.
Any idea how to make it happen? Power consumption monitoring?

Idea 1: You could use a master / slave power strip... :)

Idea 2: Do you turn of the tv with an IR remote? -> MySensors with IR Reciever

Idea 3: Maybe you can sense the power state on one of the outputs of the TV? Analog Read?

You can use a current transformer to detect when the TV is on, I'm doing something like that to detect when my air conditioner units are on.

          Something like this: http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/buildingblocks/how-to-build-an-arduino-energy-monitor

But as they say, they already sell things to do what you want easily already.

Depending on the TV manufacturer, there might be a serial port on it, where you could query the power status of the TV.

I'm thinking about doing that part, with my LG plasma, which have a RS232 service port on the back (and LG is nice enough to actually describe the protocol in their user manual)

I monitor my Samsung smartTV using the Vera's ping sensor plugin and it works very well.

Home Assistant / Vera Plus UI7
              ESP8266 GW + mySensors 2.3.2
              Alexa / Google Home

Ok solution is now live :)
PowerNode from GreenWave with power monitoring.
I'm monitoring power consumption on DVBT reciever. When it goes up from idle, tv and speakers turn on, when goes to idle consumption it turn off all :)
