About how much would a pick-and-place machine cost?

If I wanted to do my own manufacturing of fully finished PCB's (i.e. with the components soldered into place), about how much would a pick-and-place machine cost for doing small batches? It would be especially nice if it could precisely dispense solder paste as well so that a stencil would not be needed.

Anyone here doing it already?
