    Hi,
    I want to achieve the following : "A PIR motion sensor that will send detected signals in a wireless way to a web server"
    Here is how I plan to go about it.
    Parallax motion sensor + Arduino microcontroller + Wifi module.
    Can you please help me how do I go about achieving this?

      If you don't want to mix in the MySensors library you could perhaps have a look at the new cheap ESP8266 wifi module.

        a spark core wouldnbe the best in this case

        z-wave - Vera -> Domoticz
        rfx - Domoticz <- MyDomoAtHome <- Imperihome
        mysensors -> mysensors-gw -> Domoticz
