Is wondering around with no ambition and no where to go, so he is dumping lots of rain on Texas. Most places are happy to have it. Corpus and the coast up to Houston don't really need 20"-30".

We were down in San Antonio for a board meeting Thursday and Friday and the rain was slight.

Headed back up to Austin Friday afternoon, still slight rain.

This morning heavy rain and wind. 5" so far. The creek that closes our road has not crested yet, but I expect it to sometime tomorrow.

More and more common here during rainy season to receive 5'' in a few hours, but at least we have rivers everywhere and water goes away overnight. Keep your sensors safe !

@gohan Well Austin fared very well. We got about 9" of rain and now all is clear.
My brother in Smithville 40 miles SE towards Houston got about 29", water stopped 1" from his door step, neighbors across the road had 8-10" in the house.

That sounds like fun. Let's plan on it.

Hopefully by the time you return from New Mexico, there will actually be gasoline at the gas stations. At least in this part of Austin, every single gas station is completely sold out right now.

@NeverDie I know, we filled up on Thursday. 30 min line in Llano - one station had gas. Brady one station. As we get further out from the epicenter of panic things are getting better. Lubbock seems to be normal.

Thanks! I wasn't aware of it. Not sure yet if I'll be going, but if I do, let's hook up there. Otherwise, let'd do lunch now that you're back from New Mexico.
