@tiana I have not used it, but it is possible to create different revisions. See https://www.openhardware.io/view/4/EasyNewbie-PCB-for-MySensors#tabs-revisions as an example.

@andreas-sieber The white circle on the PCB you mean? IMO That's silkscreen indicating the touch area.

Hi @blackchart, Unfortunately, all devices are sold out. Further production is possible only when ordering more than 10 devices (in this case, I also can modify the device to suit your needs).

@Yveaux Thanks for your response. I guess that's it. I have to burn a bootloader first :-). I have a USBasp Programmer for that. Can you point me to a wiring diagram that shows how to connect the programmer to the circuit board?

Hi @aramko-aramko. Unfortunately, this model is already sold. You can look at the upgraded version of this device - MDMSNode "Lighting" Rev 1.1.

@kimot I am not handling that situation. I'm taking for granted ssr will do his job. Maybe there's some ssr safety topic I'm unaware? Suggestions for a v3.0 are welcome. About the temperature measuring... I use two sensors. The one in the board protects electronics from temperatures beyond design (60°C). It's near the ssr because the ssr's derating curve is the most limiting condition. The control sensor is placed in the bottom of the heater. It connects to the board through a 3 pin header connector.

@nca78 I don't use ATAES132A. I put it in just in case I wanted to invest some more time using it. I now just use SimpleEncryption, it's secure enough for my purpose atm. (since the area I live in uses KAKU a lot, an insecure 433MHz lightswitch, I don't think anyone would be bothered to hack my temperature sensors. I found 163 433Mhz devices when I left domoticz logging for a couple of days.)

@canossa Sorry for the late response. yeah, since is so compact and you can get it for relatively cheap I opted in for the NRF52. For home automation, I merged MySensors with Domoticz and it works for months now. https://forum.mysensors.org/topic/7836/what-did-you-build-today-pictures/738

Power consumption should be comparable to the blue pill with leds and regulator removed. Never got around measuring it myself but here are some results for the bluepill: https://www.stm32duino.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=658&start=40 , stating 13µA in STOP mode. Also note that last time I checked, low power was not supported in MySensors for these MCU's so you would need to add it in yourself.

@kimot in theory you might be right, but in practice... it just works. The propability of collisions is extremely low and this is, as far as I know, the only problem you can worry about. After all, it was not my idea to use MySensors with RS485: https://www.mysensors.org/build/rs485

@berkseo I'm trying to reverse engineer the BOM of this board, but I am quite unsuccessful. Could you please upload a BOM with (R1 = xxx k) or something similar, or Upload high-res closeups of the board so one can read the resistor values? Capacitors are a little harder, maybe you could share those values? I have started on a BOM list, if you could help me fill it out, that would be much appreciated. I want to start soldering!! @Serg2055 as the name says, openhardware.io is for open hardware. You are allowed to sell PCB units, partially or fully soldered boards, but selling source is not an acceptable option. Please include readable schematic and source of your boards or at least gerbers or bom. For all your boards posted on openhardware.io. Thank you !

Interesting Project, is there some more documentation available especially in regards to the wattage of the resistors R14-R17 and why no SMD ones are used here rather than those beefy ones which look like 1/2W or more?

@sebdetours said in 💬 MDMSPanel "Nextion": Did you take a standart case that you cut out? Hi @sebdetours, yes. This is G1910 (Gainta) box. See drawing attached to projet files. [image: 1551268325361-box.png]
