This project is missing a bill of materials. In particular, the LCD components don't appear to be named, not even on the schematic.

Also, do there exist gerber files to accompany it?

Looks like a typical text LCD like 1602 on the picture.

MySensor constructor should accept serial device or stream object

@tbowmo more out of curiosity, and from someone that just got started on electronics, so please sorry if this sounds like very noob, but, would it not be safer to plug the V_TARGET LED to the +3.3v pin? How do you ensure that the resistor on the V_TARGET will have constant voltage and that will not blow from over voltage if the VCCio pin is depended on the the Motherboard power? Thank You and nice work

Hi PJR, now it is working with this code in the MyTransportRS485 without any changes on MySensors.h: #if defined(MY_RS485_SWSERIAL) SoftwareSerial& _dev = MY_RS485_SWSERIAL; #elif defined(__linux__) SerialPort _dev = SerialPort(MY_RS485_HWSERIAL); #elif defined(MY_RS485_HWSERIAL) HardwareSerial& _dev = MY_RS485_HWSERIAL; #else AltSoftSerial _dev; #endif As far as I can interpret the peace of code, the #include "hal/transport/MyTransportRS485.cpp" is active as soon as the MY_RS485 layer is defined. @shabba The majority of the components are 0603 SMD package type (except 2 smd resistors on the usb lines which are not really mandatory and can be replaced with a solder bridge). @Chester good point, but I was restarting the arduino and still couldn't get this to work correctly. Also, the missing "end" was just missed out of the paste here, it was in my code.
